we are not blind. and we know that the educational system here in our country is much worse. and never improved. no.1 factor of that is graft and corruption.
in elementary, many pupils or students in grade six finished their elmentary. but still they dont know how to read.... and most high school student do not know how to undrestand or do not know how to speak even simple english.
is that not a good reason enough?
